Not every small job needs a tradesperson’s appointment. Minor work that can be carried out safely and properly on site is handled directly as part of our care – saving time, coordination and cost.
What’s included
- Replacing lamps in accessible areas
- Tightening and adjusting fittings and door closers
- Securing loose components and signage
- Minor work on communal facilities
- Reporting anything that requires a specialist company
- Coordinating and accompanying commissioned tradespeople on request
Good to know
Work requiring certification as a specialist company – for example on electrical, gas or heating systems – is not carried out by us. We report it and, on request, coordinate the appropriate specialist.
